By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

We provide professional carpet cleaning and related services as requested by the customer. Services will be performed at the agreed-upon location and time.

2. Scheduling & Access

The customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the service area, including:

Clear access to carpets being cleaned
Removal of fragile or valuable items prior to service

If we are unable to perform the service due to lack of access, unsafe conditions, or inaccurate information, a service fee may apply.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are based on the information provided at the time of booking
Final pricing may change if job conditions differ from what was described
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing

We reserve the right to refuse service for non-payment.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee

5. Results & Limitations

While we strive for the best possible results:

Not all stains, odors, or wear can be completely removed
Some carpet damage (including pet stains, discoloration, wear, or pre-existing damage) may be permanent

By proceeding with service, the customer acknowledges and accepts these limitations.

6. Pre-Existing Conditions

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing issues, including but not limited to:

Carpet wear, tears, loose seams, or discoloration
Shrinkage due to prior damage or improper installation
Delamination or backing deterioration

7. Drying Time

Drying times vary depending on carpet type, airflow, and humidity. We are not responsible for extended drying times due to environmental conditions.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 48 hours so we can attempt to address the issue. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not responsible for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Damage to items left in the service area
Loss caused by failure to follow post-cleaning care instructions

10. Safety & Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if we encounter:

Unsafe or unsanitary conditions
Aggressive behavior
Hazardous materials

11. Use of Photos

With customer permission, we may take before-and-after photos for documentation or marketing purposes. No identifying information will be shared without consent.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

13. Licensing & Insurance

We operate as a licensed and insured carpet cleaning company. Our business maintains general liability insurance to help protect our customers and property during the course of our services. Proof of insurance may be provided upon request.
